We strip every parts first before installing rails and everything else~
Now this case is ready to get powder coated for customer's choice of color!
We put everything back together and add powerboard and new hinges etc after powder coating is done~
It takes about a month to complete each case(when powder coating is necessary) If the case is clean enough that we don't do the powder coating, it takes about 2~3 weeks to complete...
not to mention hunting these cases in decent condition to build these cases is very hard. most you find in ebay or whatever has unwanted dents(very hard to fix) and suit case cloths inside(very hard to take off and clean, avoid those if you ever thinking about converting it yourself )...
