The UP8 is equipped with eight voltage doublers that amplify the voltage of the input signal by a factor of 2 (+6dB)!

The outputs of each of the two channels are internally wired (normalized), so they can be increased by a factor of 4 (+12dB).

The upper limit is approximately 10V, and signals above this will be limited.

Both CV and audio are supported and can be conveniently used in various aspects as follows.

*It can be used for sequencers with low gate outputs (5V, etc.) to add energy to the sequencer.

*Use it for envelopes with small outputs such as 5 to 7V so that the filter will open fully.

*Use a ±5V LFO as a ±10V LFO

*Add a little bit of volume to a module with a low volume.

And so on...
