Product Overview
The 13u22130x was inspired by the legendary stompbox, which combines an octavizer with distortion.
The Octavizer lowers the distortion signal by two octaves to create an uncontrollable chainsaw growl that can be mixed with regular distortion sounds.
Note: M.A.S.F. is not responsible for any environmental damage caused by the use of the 13u22130x.
Everyone has their own idea of what makes a distorted sound good or bad, but here are some example settings to give you an idea of how to create your own sound.
The HEAVY knob allows you to mix the amount of distortion with the amount of octaved signal. Turning the knob counterclockwise increases the distortion, while turning it clockwise increases the octaved signal.
The SAW knob controls the high frequency (treble) component of the signal. Turning this knob up produces a horrifying screeching sound.
When setting the effect, use the THRUST knob to match the distortion effect level to the original signal level. The control should be set so that the level is slightly increased when the effect switches to the signal path.
