SCRATCH SYNTHESIZER
SCRATCH ONE is a new musical instrument born from turntable scratching. It has the same operation as scratching with turntables, yet it is relatively easy to play scratching.

SCRATCH ONE simulates the following scratch systems:
TURN TABLE The turntable plays back the built-in records (scratch samples).
There are two ways to play:
1. By pressing the RELEASE button, playback proceeds at a constant speed.
2. By turning the knob, play a scratch sound.
In addition, press the RELEASE, GATE, and SHUTTLE buttons at the same time to switch scratch samples.
The scratch sample contains two sounds: "Ahhh" and "Fresh".
FADER (MUTER) TURN ON, OFF (MUTE) THE OUTPUT SOUND FROM THE TURNTABLE.
In general, the scratch sound is played by chopping (turning it on or off) the playback sound of the record with a fader. In SCRATCH ONE, faders are controlled by switches.
GATE Button
While pressing the button, turn the fader ON. SHUTTLE button
The moment you press the button and the moment you speak, turn the fader on.
You can easily play difficult scratches such as 2 -click flares. RELEASE button
While pressing the button, play the turntable and turn the fader on.
You can set the playback speed of the record with the PITCH knob.
Also, while pressing the RELASE button, press the SHUTTLE button/GATE button to mute.
Reverse Playback
While holding down the release button, turn the knob to the left to reverse playback. Turn the knob to the right to return to normal playback mode.
Basic playing methods
Baby Scratch
Holding down the GATE button, and move the scratch knob forward or backward. 2 times in 1 measure, move evenly.
The range of knob movement is 30~60 degrees.
The faster you move the knob, the higher the sound.
Flare Scratch
While moving the scratch knob back and forth, press the GATE button 4 times in one round trip.
2-Click Flare
While moving the scratch knob back and forth, press the SHUTTLE button 4 times per round trip.
Transformers Scratch
While holding down the RELEASE button, press the GATE button repeatedly.
Pressing the SHUTTLE button repeatedly while holding down the RELEASE button will make it play like a Club Scratch.
You can also use a variety of other scratching techniques.
By combining these tricks one after another, you will perform the performance.
